DRINKING WATER WARNING
BOIL YOUR WATER BEFORE USING
HIERVAN EL AGUA ANTES DE USARLA.
ESTE INFORME CONTIENE INFORMACION MUY IMPORTANTE SOBRE SU AGUA DE BEBER. TRADUZCALO O HABLE CON ALGUIEN QUE LO ENTIENDA BIEN.
Due to a water supply-related emergency that adversely affected the quality and/or quantity of the finished water, disease-causing organisms may have entered the water supply serving certain SUEZ customers in the area of Country Club Road, Haddonfield and Masonic Village in Dallas Township.
If present, these organisms may cause illness in people served by SUEZ in this area.
What should I do?
DO NOT DRINK THE WATER WITHOUT BOILING IT FIRST. Bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice. Boiling kills bacteria and other organisms in the water.
If you experience any adverse symptoms and they persist, contact your doctor. People with severely compromised immune systems, infants, and some elderly may be at increased risk. These people should seek advice about drinking water from their health care providers.
What happened? What is being done?
An inspection of the company’s water storage reservoir on Country Club Road in Dallas Township revealed the presence of a mouse. The source of supply was immediately taken out of service. SUEZ used a rapid dialer phone system to call affected customers for whom the company has a valid phone number to read this notification to them and emphasize that they must boil their water until further notice.
We will inform these customers when they no longer need to boil their water.
For more information, please contact the SUEZ Customer Service Department toll-free at 888-299-8972 or 717-564-3662.
General guidelines on ways to lessen the risk of infection by microbes are available from the EPA Safe Drinking Water Hotline at 1-(800)-426-4791.
Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses). You can do this by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand or mail.
Certain Dallas Twp. Customers Advised To Continue Boiling Water
Dec 7, 2025
Certain Dallas Township customers who were notified that they must boil their water, due to a water supply issue that occurred on December 5, are advised to continue boiling their water UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The official notice, facilitated in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), was posted on this website and remains in effect. The full text was also included in a phone system message sent to affected customers after the notice was finalized. Repeated attempts were made to reach customers who did not answer their phone.
The original water supply issue was remedied. We continue to work with DEP to take corrective actions that include flushing portions of the water distribution system serving the area of Country Club Road, Haddonfield and Masonic Village.
The regulatory process we are following does not have a set time frame for completion, which is why we are unable to list a date and time. However, affected customers will be notified when the boil water notice is lifted by another phone system message. The notice will also be posted at this site.
Affected customers with comments or questions may reach us toll-free at 888-299-8972 or 717-564-3662. We thank them for their cooperation and understanding in view of the time it takes to correct this water supply issue.
